Dear Yogis,

We welcome the new year 2014 and feel very excited about this new year to come!   We look forward to growing, expanding and creating new visions for our personal path of yoga and also the path that we create together as a community.

We are happy to host our annual YOGA CHALLENGE this year again!   We begin nextMonday 13 January.  The challenge is to practice at least 3 times per week, for 4 weeks.   If you are able to commit to this, your next unlimited bono will cost only 80€ instead of 125€. We have created a log in sheet for you and if you are interested, just let us know at the front desk and we will help you sign up. It really is a wonderful way to begin your new year and create a platform for a committed practice!


David & Mirjam will be hosting a Thai Massage Exchange this coming Friday 10 January (7pm - 9.30pm) Join them for the gift of healing nurturing touch in a guided sequence of giving and receiving a Thai Massage. No Experience or partner necessary! All proceeds raised with go to Tu Importas,a local ONG bringing food, clothing and Shelter to those in need.

7 - 9pm David will be teaching a special 'Blast Off' Vinyasa Practice. It will be a dynamic class full of energy, great music and a fantastic way to breathe, sweat and flow!

Mirjam will also be hosting part three of her "Yoga Therapy - How to move gracefully through changes".  YOGA THERAPY is a very simple yet powerful way to understand the inherent & immediate relationship between body and soul and how to treat both according to the different conditions of your personal life path.  In this program, we will learn how to adapt Yoga poses to different life circumstances and how to use a variety of poses wisely to support your body & soul!    We have had wonderful feedback from the first two sessions and even though they are meant to build on from one another, we highly recommend you come along for the last session.
Times : 12.30 - 3.30pm
Dates : Friday 17th January 2014.
Cost : Single session : 40€

Our schedule in SANTA CATALINA is now back to normal with the exception of Music Together with Bea which will begin on Thursday 30 January.   Bea will be offering a free class on Saturday 25 January at 12.30 for a 45 minute demo of music together. It is a fantastic class which uses rhythm, singing and playing instruments for children.  It is for children from the age of 6 months up to 6 years.

Linda is now teaching two Kundalini Yoga Classes in Santa Catalina - Monday mornings at 8 - 9.30am and Tuesdays at 2 - 3.30pm for those of you who have not tried Kundalini Yoga please join Linda for one of her classes as it is a very powerful practice

Our schedule in PORTALS also remains the same except for a few changes:

Kids yoga will begin this coming Monday 13 January at 5.15 - 6.15pm.  Jay and Agnes create a really wonderful space for introducing children to the delights of yoga in a fun playful way. It is suitable for children between the age of 5 - 9 years old.

Linda will now teach her Wednesday Kundalini Yoga class at 9.30am instead of 11am.

We have also added another lunch yoga practice on Thursdays at 1.30pm - 2.45pm beginning next Thursday 16 January.


We hope that this year brings you health, vibrancy and that our dreams, prayers and intentions come to fruition.

This coming month we are very happy to offer you our annual YOGA CHALLENGE. If you commit to practicing for a minimum of 3 times per week for four weeks (beginning Monday 13 January through to Monday 10 February) you will get an unlimited bono for just 80€    Our challenge has been a huge success over the past few years, so we are very excited to take on the challenge again.  For more information please ask at reception.
