| MINDFULNESS CLASSES AT EARTH YOGA
For those of you who are interested in finding out more about Mindfulness we are putting together a weekly group which we hope will begin in November.
It will be hosted by Emi who is a highly trained facilitator specialising in meditation, science backed Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligent, Yoga therapy and Trauma therapy.
