We start with a huge thank you to all who came along to our special end of year yoga practice with Katja, it was lovely to see our yoga shala filled with so many students and a great way to end the year by moving, breathing and chanting together - our hearts are full!
2024 has begun with all of our regular classes back on the schedule plus extra January events that we hope you will enjoy (please see below)
