EARTH YOGA AUTUMN OFFERINGS 2023

 

Dear Earth Yoga Friends, It has been wonderful to see so many old and new Earth Yogis sharing your practice with us during this long hot summer here in Mallorca and although the sun is still shining we are beginning to feel the change in the air as we now welcome in Autumn. As well as our regular scheduled classes  EARTH YOGA CLASS SCHEDULE We will be offering a some special classes and events over the next couple of months (please see below). We look forward to sharing our love of yoga and friendship with you!

WEDNESDAY EVENINGS IN NOVEMBER For the month of November we will be offering the chance to practice with guest teacher Natalija @natyoga she will be offering a 4 part course incorporating Hatha, Yin & Pranayama - More details to come soon!   MINDFULNESS CLASSES AT EARTH YOGA  For those of you who are interested in finding out more about Mindfulness we are putting together a weekly group which we hope will begin in November. It will be hosted by Emi who is a highly trained facilitator specialising in meditation, science backed Mindfulness and Emotional Intelligent, Yoga therapy and Trauma therapy.
