Dear Friends

"For a seed to achieve its greatest expression, it must come completely undone. The shell cracks, it's insides come out and everything changes. To someone who does not understand growth, it would look like complete destruction."

We are hoping that you all feel the wonderful effects of  the cooler temperatures, the different colours of green coming back to the fields after the much needed rain,  and as always the chance for the healing effects of autumn to inspire you.   Autumn means a chance to begin again, another round of fulfilling dreams, commitments and your path before the new year takes hold.  It is also a chance to come back to yoga either for yourself in your own space or together in a community . We continue to think of new ways to inspire, give more and grow with you here at Earth Yoga.

Many of us had the opportunity to practice with Chris Chavez in September.  It was a heart felt practice full of challenges but with a sense of safety and grace. We really hope that Chris will join us again next year and a big thank you to all who came.

This coming month we are honored to welcome Nico Luce back to Earth Yoga. Nico Luce is one of the most inspiring teachers that I have met and he has a lot to share both on the physical level of asanas and very much on the spiritual level. He is teaching three workshops over the weekend of 15 - 16 October. For more information or to register please get in touch as soon as you can as places are beginning to fill up. You can contact us here at Earth Yoga ( or contact Brent (
