For those of you who are interested in our upcoming 300hr Advanced Yoga Teacher Training we will be holding an open house this coming Saturday 9th March at 12.30pm.
This is a wonderful opportunity to get more details about the course, including what will be included in each module, how the days will be structured, and get answers for any specific question you might have.
Both Alit and Debbie will be there to provide info and even share some yummy treats with you.

In this creative workshop, we will explore yoga gestures, somatic movements and body expressions through time, space and ambient sounds.
YogaSOMATICS is a non-linear experiential practice combining traditional yoga, modern somatic movement and energetic work.

You are welcome to join Wiktoria @moonflowcycles for this gentle somatic Yin Yoga class taking place on Sunday 10th of March - 6pm.
This special class is organized on the day of the New Moon which marks the beginning of the new lunar cycle. It's a beautiful time to reflect, manifest and set intentions for the cycle ahead.
It will be a 2 hours therapeutic journey accompanied by the relaxing sound of crystal bowls, that leaves you feeling grounded, peaceful, and ready to embrace the fresh energy of the lunar cycle ahead. |
